• Welcome!

Welcome to the Figure Skating Club of Omaha (FSCO), serving the greater Omaha metropolitan area. FSCO is a US Figure Skating member club. Our skaters participate in many events sanctioned by US Figure Skating. FSCO was established in 1939 on the flooded tennis courts of the Omaha Country Club. Today, FSCO is one of the oldest skating clubs in the United States whose membership includes both youth and adults. FSCO's home rink is located at Motto McLean Ice Arena in Hitchcock Park.

FSCO Exhibition Series

Will you be competing soon and want to try that new element in your program? Do you want more practice in a competition setting so that you can feel more prepared? Would you like to banish those competition jitters before the actual event?  Or perhaps you want to try out your new competition outfit and perform for your family and friends?  These are all great reasons to participate in the FSCO Exhibition Series. Each month from May through July, we will hold an exhibition where skaters can perform their program in a competition event setting.  Skaters will need to wear their competition outfit, makeup, and hair.  Participating skaters will be divided into warm up groups by level, with a 5 minute warmup for each group.

The exhibitions will be held on:

  • Saturday, May 30 – 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • Saturday, June 27 – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 25 – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The exhibitions are open to skaters of ALL levels.   You will need to pay 1 coupon or $12 cash for each program that you want to skate. There is a limit of 20 skaters per exhibition, so reserve your spot by emailing  Andrea Williamson no later than the Wednesday before your preferred exhibition date.

Omaha Gives!

OmahaGivesOne of the largest community-wide events will be held in Omaha on May 20th. Omaha Gives! is a 24-hour event organized by the Omaha Community Foundation to raise as much money as possible for local nonprofits through online fundraising. This event was created to show off Omaha’s spirit of giving, raise awareness about local nonprofits, and celebrate the collective effort it takes to make this city great.

Figure Skating Club of Omaha is very excited to participate in Omaha Gives! again this year. We hope you will consider supporting our club by making a donation.   Anyone can donate – the starting donation is only $10.  Participating nonprofit organizations who round up the most support will be eligible for matching funds and win prizes!

How can you help?

  • Donate on May 2oth!  Donations will be processed from midnight to midnight on May 20th.  Click on our link to submit your donation to FSCO.
  • Spread the word!  Sharing our information with your friends and family, especially on social media sites, will help promote our cause and encourage others to donate.  Watch the Leaderboard on the Omaha Gives! website and watch our donations grow!

Thank you for supporting FSCO and helping us provide quality figure skating instruction in the Omaha area.
