FSCO Exhibition Series

Will you be competing soon and want to try that new element in your program?  Do you want more practice in a competition setting so that you can feel more prepared?  Would you like to banish those competition jitters before the actual event?  Or perhaps you want to try out your new competition outfit and perform for your family and friends?  If so, then you will want to sign up for our Exhibition!  Each month from May through August, we will hold an exhibition where skaters can perform their program in a competition event setting.  Skaters will need to wear their competition outfit, makeup, and hair.  Participating skaters will be divided into warm up groups by level, with a 5 minute warmup for each group.

The exhibitions will be held on:

  • Saturday, May 25 – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 22 – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July TBA – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 10 – 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

The exhibitions are open to FSCO skaters of ALL levels.   You will need to pay 1 coupon or $12 cash for each program that you want to skate. There is a limit of 18 skaters per exhibition, so reserve your spot by emailing  Andrea Williamson no later than the Wednesday before your preferred exhibition date.

Important: no freestyle ice or classes on February 9th or 23rd

Due to a hockey tournament on February 9th and a figure skating competition on February 23rd, FSCO will not have any freestyle ice, Learn to Skate classes, or Rising Stars classes held on either of these two Saturdays.

NEW On-Ice Specialty classes!

Starting on Saturday, September 1st, FSCO will be teaching specialty classes for upper level skaters.  The class will be held from 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. every Saturday and is open to skaters pre-preliminary level and above.  Topics will rotate every two weeks and will cover (but are not limited to) power/cardio, spins, jumps, choreography, curves, and figures.  Cost of the class is one coupon or $12 walk-on.  We welcome you to join us on Saturdays to participate in a more challenging group class.
