Just a reminder that on Monday, May 27th, we will not have club ice due to the Memorial Day holiday. Our regular schedule will resume with morning club ice on Tuesday, May 28th, and our Learn to Skate summer session will begin on Monday, June 3rd. Have a safe holiday weekend!
Looking for a way to escape the heat? Summer is the perfect time to take ice skating lessons! We offer Learn to Skate classes on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m. for ages 3 through adult. Registration is open now:
For our more advanced skaters, our Summer Camp schedule is now available. From June 3rd through August 9th, Club ice will be available from 6 am-10:15 a.m., on-ice classes will be available from 10:15-10:45 a.m., and off-ice classes will be available from 10:50-11:35 a.m. For class descriptions, pricing, and further details, download our Summer Camp brochure.
We are very excited to announce that we have planned a special skating seminar with World and Olympic Coach, Kathy Casey! The two-day seminar will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 1st and 2nd. The seminar will be an excellent opportunity for competitive figure skaters to improve their skating skills, with classes being held both on and off ice. To attend the seminar, download the brochure and registration form and submit to Andrea Williamson. We still have a few open spots left, so please send in your registration forms as soon as possible. We would like to invite all FSCO members and skaters enrolled in our Learn to Skate program to participate in our annual Spring show, Baby You’re a Star! Parents, our spring show is the perfect opportunity for your hardworking skaters to show off their talents for friends and family. All skaters in the show will participate in at least one group number plus the finale. The ice show will be held on Saturday, April 27th, at 1 pm. You may pick up an entry form at our Learn to Skate desk or you may download a copy online. Deadline for paperwork is March 23rd, so if you are interested in signing up, please fill out the entry forms and turn them in ASAP!
