Motto McLean ice arena has just informed us that they have to delay re-opening of the rink until September, due to an unforeseen issue with a broken compressor. Unfortunately, this means that we have to cancel our Open House on August 27th and will not be able to hold our first Monday Learn to Skate class on August 29th. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes everyone! Barring any other delays, we are hopeful that the rink will reopen in time to begin our Saturday Learn to Skate/Rising Stars classes on September 3rd and our Monday Learn to Skate classes on September 12th (after Labor Day weekend). For those of you who have already pre-registered for Monday classes, we will issue credits for the first missing class or allow a makeup class on one of our Saturday sessions. Also, this month’s testing session has been moved to Moylan Ice Arena (Tranquility) and will be held on the original date, Saturday, August 27th. Please continue to check our website for updated information as it becomes available. We look forward to seeing the rink reopen and seeing you all in our classes!
