FSCO Professional Staff

All FSCO coaches are Rated members of the Professional Skaters Association of America (PSA) and have diverse competitive skating backgrounds. Our staff teaches group, tots and hockey classes year-round, as well as one-on-one private lessons with the more competitive skater.

Listed below are the names of the club professionals on our staff. Each professional is an "Independent Contractor" and all lesson scheduling arrangements for instruction must be made directly with them. Andrea Kunz-Williamson--Skating Director
Andrea began her 16 year coaching career for the Figure Skating Club of Omaha. She continued on to coach in Cleveland, OH and at the Indiana/World Skating Academy in Indianapolis, IN. She has successfully coached skaters through their USFSA gold medals and Regional, Sectional, and National competition.

As a rated coach through the Professional Skaters Association, she holds Senior ratings in Freestyle and Moves in the Field and a Certified rating in group instruction. She coaches beginner through senior level and adults in Freestyle, Moves in the Field, Choreography, Group, and on and off-ice conditioning.

Before her coaching career, Andrea was a competitive skater for FSCO, attaining Regional and Sectional level competition in freestyle. Andrea has also received a bachelors degree in Psychology from Creighton University.
Teresa Bell
Teresa began her skating career right here in Omaha! As an amateur Teresa participated in a variety of competitions, shows and exhibitions. Teresa has received her 3rd Figure, Bronze Dance, Intermediate Freestyle, and Junior Moves-in-the-Field tests. In addition, she has also earned her Bachelors Degree in English conferred by the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Teresa has been a member of United States Figure Skating for 20 years and the Professional Skaters Association for 10 years.

Teresa has 10 years of coaching experience. She has acquired her Basic Accreditation and Certified Sports Science ratings through the Professional Skaters Association. Teresa’s teaching concentrations include high and low singles freeskating, high and low move in the field and power stroking. Over the last several years Teresa has enjoyed her students many accomplishments through various USFS tests, competitions, shows and exhibitions as well as Regional events. Teresa is available for private lessons for the recreational and competitive skater.
John Ivanich
John grew up in Vancouver, Canada, competing in both singles and pairs (with his sister) from 1979-1988 at the national level. In addition to winning the Jr. Pair title in 1983, they also represented Canada internationally at Jr. Worlds, as well as other competitions in France, Germany and Russia. John is also a quadruple Gold Medalist in Figures, Freestyle, Pairs and Dance.

After retiring from amateur competition in 1988, he performed in a number of ice shows, including Disney on Ice and Ice capades, as well as various theme parks in the U.S. and overseas, as a soloist and an adagio pair skater. Since 1998, John has coached in St Louis, Detroit, Iowa and Colorado, with students of all ages from beginner through the Gold level. He has also partnered both pair and dance tests, as well as doing choreography for shows, tests and competitions.
Megan Roth
Megan has been skating since spring of 1996. She began here in Omaha when she enrolled in the Learn to Skate program with FSCO. She began volunteering for the club at age 14 which led to an apprenticeship a few years later. Megan has been involved in numerous competitions and shows, as well as teaching Learn to Skate classes and giving private lessons. She has been a member of the PSA and has passed her Basic Accreditation exam. As of this date, she has passed through her Junior Field moves and is currently working on dance.
Megan has also earned a Bachelors degree in Spanish from UNO in 2007. She had been a member of the Marching Mavericks, where she served as a choreographer and captain. She is currently accepting private lessons students.
Angela Marquart
Angela began skating at the age of 6 in Fargo, North Dakota. She continued to skate for the Red River Valley Figure Skating Club until her freshman year of college. Angela is a triple Gold Medalist, earning her Gold Freestyle, Gold Field Moves, Gold Dance, and her 7th Figure tests. She also competed at the Regional and Sectional levels, as well as the National Collegiate Championships. Angela has been coaching Learn to Skate for 9 years and also taught private lessons in North Dakota.
She received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice, and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Dakota. She has recently moved to Omaha after receiving a Statistical Analyst position at Professional Research Consultants. Angela is a member of the Professional Skater’s Association and US Figure Skating and is currently accepting private lesson students. The Figure Skating Club of Omaha is pleased to have her as part of our Professional Coaching Staff.
Bonnie Kennedy
Bonnie began her coaching career at several skating clubs in both Massachusetts and Maine while earning her degree in physical therapy from the University of New England. She coached for 10 years, working with students of all ages and levels, before taking time off to raise her 3 children.
As an amateur, Bonnie was a Gold Medalist in Figures, earned her Junior Freestyle and competed in numerous competitions earning a silver medal at the National Collegiate Championships. Bonnie is a member of the Professional Skater’s Association and US Figure Skating. She is currently accepting private lesson students for both recreational and competitive skating.
Lauren Rossbach
Lauren began her skating career here in Omaha at age six. As an amateur skater, she competed at various competitions and ice shows. She has also received her Gold Medal in freestyle, moves in the field, and ice dance. She began volunteering for the club at age 15 and has been coaching Learn to Skate for the past year.
Lauren is a full time student at Creighton University and will be majoring in Biology. She is also involved in various leadership activities at Creighton. She is a member of the Professional Skaters Association and US Figure Skating and has passed her Basic Accreditation exam. She is currently accepting private lessons from competitive or recreational skaters.
