There are many local competitions held each year for skaters who are interested in competing. For beginning skaters, non-qualifying competitions offer a variety of different events for all ages and levels. Figure Skating Club of Omaha hosts two different competitions each year. Omaha WinterFest, is co-hosted by FSCO and Blade and Edge FSC and is held at the end ofFebruary.  

FSCO also hosts Summer’s Edge, a basic skills competition that is held in June.
