Here are some marvelous opportunities for you to purchase items for your family and support your skating club at the same time!

My Skating Mall.com

Want to sell your gently used skating items and help support the club at the same time?  Our club now has an account with myskatingmall.com, where you can sell or purchase any items that are related to figure skating.  Your transactions from this website can enable the club to earn money in three different ways:

1. When you list an item for sale on the site, you can choose how much of the sale price you want donated to our club’s account. You can choose anywhere between 2.5% and 87.5%.
2. If you purchase an item from myskatingmall.com, 2.5% of the proceeds are automatically transferred to our club’s account.
3. If you purchase an item through any of their participating retail partners, 5% of the purchase is transferred to our club’s account.  Just click on the link for that store from the Partners webpage on myskatingmall.com and it will automatically forward you to the retailer’s site, where you can complete your transaction.

An account on myskatingmall.com is currently free and only requires an account on Paypal in order to complete financial transactions.  Remember to select “Figure Skating Club of Omaha” as your Home Club when you sign up on myskatingmall.com.  If you have any questions, feel free to view the “FAQ” or “How It Works” pages from the main webpage on myskatingmall.com.  Happy shopping!

Scrip Program

With the Scrip program, you can order prepaid gift cards for your favorite stores through the Great Lakes scrip center website.  A percentage of the proceeds will be returned to the club, half of which will be stored in that club member’s account. Once you have accumulated $85 in your account, you will receive a sheet of ice coupons. You can place an order by visiting http://www.shopwithscrip.com. The Winning Edge

FSCO has now teamed with Winning Edge to create an Affiliate program!  If you are a FSCO member, simply ask Phil or Deb to mark your receipt on your qualifying purchases, hand a copy of your receipt to our Scrip coordinator, Marilee Mullin, and a percentage of your purchase will accumulate in your club account for reimbursement in club ice coupons.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask any FSCO board member.
